Exposure and buyer representation

How do buyers find my home without MLS?

Buyers browse OffMarketMatch listing previews and filter by location, property type and budget. Search Profiles match listings to buyers' criteria. Email and identity verification are required before buyers can access protected details or start seller conversations; Private listings also require a valid match. This is OffMarketMatch's buyer network, not MLS syndication: we do not distribute listings to MLS, Realtor.ca or Zillow, and we do not guarantee views, inquiries or offers. You can sell for sale by owner (FSBO) and arrange legal closing with your own lawyer.

Will I have to pay a buyer's agent commission in a private sale?

OffMarketMatch does not charge a percentage-of-sale commission. A buyer may have their own representation, and any compensation to a buyer's representative is separate from our platform fees and must be discussed and agreed by the parties; it is not automatically owed or included in a universal rate. Ask your lawyer to review any proposed terms before you sign.

What you get

01

Zero Commission — That's the Whole Point

On a $750,000 home, traditional agents take $30,000–$45,000. With OffMarketMatch, that number is $0. Your equity stays yours.

02

You Control Who Sees It

No MLS, no public exposure. You approve who views your property details, set the terms, and decide when to move forward.

03

Legal Docs Included

Purchase agreements, offers, and waivers — generated for any province in one click. Your lawyer closes the deal. We handle everything before that.

Selling for sale by owner (FSBO) means choosing your own price, exposure and process. OffMarketMatch gives private sellers a way to connect with verified buyers directly; your lawyer handles the legal closing.
