Private real estate is full of opportunity, but finding it can depend on who you know. Information is scattered across personal networks and separate conversations, making it harder for people and properties to find the right connection.
Nadia and Debbie brought together their experience in real estate, financial services and technology to build a more connected way forward. OffMarketMatch grew from a shared belief: Canadians should have a place to discover private opportunities and connect directly, without relying only on traditional listing channels.

Nadia Musharbash
Co-Founder
Nadia leads vision, growth, partnerships, and market expansion at OffMarketMatch. A licensed Ontario real estate broker and active off-market investor, she brings 13+ years in financial services and a deep understanding of how capital actually moves through real estate deals.
Debbie Lynn
Co-Founder
Debbie is Co-Founder of OffMarketMatch and Principal at BCS Realty Solutions Inc., sourcing and structuring off-market deals directly with buyers, sellers, and investors. After 20+ years with the Department of National Defence in network infrastructure, systems development, and cybersecurity, she saw off-market deals were real but the system wasn't — so she built one.

We don’t represent buyers or sellers, publish listings on MLS, or charge a percentage-of-sale commission. Participants make their own decisions, with qualified professional advice where needed.
